Angel Mallow Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine sugar, egg whites, and water in a double boiler.
- Beat with an electric or rotary beater over boiling water until soft peaks form.
- Add marshmallow cream and beat to stiff peaks.
- Remove from heat and beat in vanilla.
- Fills and frosts 2 nine-inch cake layers.
