Angel Mallow Frosting

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, egg whites, and water in a double boiler.
  2. Beat with an electric or rotary beater over boiling water until soft peaks form.
  3. Add marshmallow cream and beat to stiff peaks.
  4. Remove from heat and beat in vanilla.
  5. Fills and frosts 2 nine-inch cake layers.
