Directions

  1. First, prepare the pan. Use Fluted Cake Pan. Spray with Pam sprinkle with Sugar instead of flour.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oil and cake mix together.
  3. Add the eggs and water.
  4. Then add the icing mix and 1/2 cup of pecans.
  5. Mix well ("Mix good").
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared fluted cake pan.
  7. Bake at 325°F for 50-60 minutes, or until done.
