Cheese Dip and Spread
Ingredients
- 1 lb Cheese (Pasteurized)
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes & Green Chiles
Directions
- Melt cheese in a double boiler.
- Add tomatoes and chiles. Stir until it all melts.
- Eat with corn chips or chips.
Notes
- For more thickness, add more cheese.
- For a smaller amount, cut the recipe in half.
