Chicken & Bisquick Casserole

Directions

  1. Cook chicken, onion, celery, and carrots.
  2. Remove cooked chicken from bone.
  3. In a casserole dish, combine the deboned chicken, cooked vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth.
  4. Top with sliced bacon, then arrange Bisquick biscuits over the bacon.
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. Bake in a 425°F oven until tender.
  7. Remove and serve hot.
