Chicken & Bisquick Casserole
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Onion
- Celery
- Carrots
- Cream of Mushroom soup
- Chicken broth
- Canned Bisquick biscuits
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sliced bacon
- Butter
Directions
- Cook chicken, onion, celery, and carrots.
- Remove cooked chicken from bone.
- In a casserole dish, combine the deboned chicken, cooked vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth.
- Top with sliced bacon, then arrange Bisquick biscuits over the bacon.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake in a 425°F oven until tender.
- Remove and serve hot.
