Coconut Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pk. White Cake Mix
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. Sour Cream
• 8 oz Frozen Coconut
• 1/4 c. Veg. Oil

Directions

1. Mix all together, beat well, pour into a 9x13 in greased & floured pan.
2. Cook until done.
3. Cool in pan.

Icing

Ingredients

• 3 cups Pow. Sugar
• 6 oz Cream Cheese
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 8 oz Angel flake Coconut

Directions

1. Mix & beat well.
2. Spread on top of cake, press on top 8 oz of Angel flake Coconut.

Notes

• If you have a 15 oz. can of frozen coconut make two cakes but add an extra Ounce of Sour Cream.
