Coconut Sour Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pk. White Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. Sour Cream
- 8 oz Frozen Coconut
- 1/4 c. Veg. Oil
Directions
- Mix all together, beat well, pour into a 9x13 in greased & floured pan.
- Cook until done.
- Cool in pan.
Icing
Ingredients
- 3 cups Pow. Sugar
- 6 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 8 oz Angel flake Coconut
Directions
- Mix & beat well.
- Spread on top of cake, press on top 8 oz of Angel flake Coconut.
Notes
- If you have a 15 oz. can of frozen coconut make two cakes but add an extra Ounce of Sour Cream.
