Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp corn syrup
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions
- Mix salt, sugar, corn syrup, and milk in a pan. Bring to a boil slowly.
- Cook until a small ball forms in cold water (soft ball stage).
- Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Do not stir.
- Cool to lukewarm. Beat until creamy and losing gloss.
- Pour into a greased pan.
