Deviled Cream Cheese & Cucumber Canapes

  1. Use party rye or trimmed pumpernickel bread.
  2. Thin slices of cucumber.
  3. Cream together softened cream cheese, dill weed, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Spread on bread and top with cucumber slices.
  4. Top each with a thin slice of cucumber. Makes about 50.
  5. The canapes, minus the cucumber slices, freeze well. Top with cucumber.
