Dump Cake
Ingredients
- 1 can Pie filling (Cherry)
- 1 #2 Can Crushed Pineapple, drained
- 1 Box Yellow Cake mix
- 2 sticks Oleo (margarine)
- 1 can Coconut
- 1 Cup Chopped pecans
Directions
- Spread one can of cherry pie filling in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- Spread the drained can of crushed pineapple over the pie filling.
- Sprinkle the box of yellow cake mix over the top of the pineapple.
- Melt the two sticks of oleo and pour over the cake mix.
- Sprinkle the can of coconut over the melted oleo, and then top with the chopped pecans.
- Bake for 1 hour at 325°F.
Notes
- A #2 can of pineapple is approximately 20 ounces.
- The recipe does not specify the can size for the coconut.
