Electric Chili (Relish)

Ingredients

• 3 qts tomatoes
• 3 cups Celery (Chopped)
• 2 cups onions
• 1 cup bell pepper (Hot peppers to taste)
• 1/4 cup salt
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 1/2 tsp mixed spices
• 1 cup white vinegar

Directions

1. Let stand over night. Drain.
2. Cook 15 min.
3. Put in sterilized jars & seal.

Notes

• Makes 5 pts.
• (Comp) for more or less double measure + Cook 25 min.
