Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Drain fruit, save 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice.
  2. Soften gelatin in cold water.
  3. Heat pineapple juice to boiling, add gelatin and stir to dissolve.
  4. Add orange juice, lemon juice, salt and sugar and chill.
  5. While chilling, mix fruit and whip cream.
  6. When chilled, add fruits, then add whipped cream.
  7. If desired add a drop or 2 of red food coloring to make a pretty color.
  8. Put in 1 quart milk cartons and freeze.
  9. Makes 9 quarts.
  10. To serve slice right through milk carton and serve.
