Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Macaroni
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tblsp white wine
- 3 Cup grated Cheese (Cheddar + Romano)
- 1 Cup Chopped Onions
- 1 Cup Mushrooms
- 1 Cup Diced Sausage (pork)
- 1 tsp Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp hot Sauce (Louisiana)
Directions
- Mix Together Well & pour into greased Casserole & top with Cheese Slices.
- Bake at 325°F for 30 min until done.
Notes
- The line for '6 eggs' includes the instruction '(Mix together)'.
