More Nuts than Fruit

  1. Roll Nuts & Cherries in flour
  2. Cream 1 stick butter, 1 C. sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla & flour together real good.
  3. Fold Nuts & Cherries in with hands as this will be stiff
  4. Put in tube cake pan that has been greased good & lined with a piece of two broad paper greased good.
  5. Bake 1 1/2 hrs. at 250°
  6. Put a pan of water in the oven under cake pan.
