Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter
- 2 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (or 1 small jar)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanuts, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
Directions
- Take a 9x13 baking dish.
- Melt 3 sticks of butter and peanut butter in a dish in the oven. Stir well once melted.
- Add the 2 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 2 cups of confectioners' sugar, and nuts.
- Mix thoroughly and spread evenly into the baking dish.
- Melt chocolate chips and 2 tbsp oil.
- Pour melted chocolate over the mixture.
- Let stand or freeze until hard enough to cut.
