Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
Ingredients
- Jalapeno peppers
- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 T. salt
- 2 c. water
- sliced onions
- garlic
- bell pepper
Directions
- Bring olive oil, vinegar, salt, and water to a boil.
- Add sliced onions, garlic, and bell pepper.
- Cook until soft.
- Add jalapeno peppers and let them get hot.
- Fill jars and seal.
