Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
- ½ cup Splenda (sugar substitute) or sugar (level)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
- ½ cup shredded cheese
Directions
- Mix crushed pineapple with Splenda (or sugar) and flour.
- Add melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in crushed Ritz crackers.
- Add shredded cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle some extra crackers on top.
- Bake at 350°F until lightly browned.
