Pineapple Salad

Directions

  1. Mix crushed pineapple with Splenda (or sugar) and flour.
  2. Add melted butter and mix well.
  3. Stir in crushed Ritz crackers.
  4. Add shredded cheese and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle some extra crackers on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F until lightly browned.
