Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and dry roast.
  2. Soak beans.
  3. Put beans in the bottom of a pan and place the roast on top.
  4. Mix the other ingredients and pour over the roast.
  5. Place the pan in a larger container full of water.
  6. Cover with a lid or tin foil.
  7. Bake at 250° for 12 hours.
  8. Serve with Rice.
