Ingredients
- 1 H pkg Pinto Beans
- 1- 2d Chuck Roast
- 3 T Chili Powder
- 2 T Chopped garlic or 1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 1- onion Chopped
- 1- can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1- can Tomatoes
Directions
- Wash and dry roast.
- Soak beans.
- Put beans in the bottom of a pan and place the roast on top.
- Mix the other ingredients and pour over the roast.
- Place the pan in a larger container full of water.
- Cover with a lid or tin foil.
- Bake at 250° for 12 hours.
- Serve with Rice.
