Sausage & Potato Bake

Ingredients

• 4-6 potatoes
• 4-5 eggs (hard boiled)
• Sausage
• 1 qt. sour cream
• Salt & pepper

Directions

1. Boil potatoes (sliced)
2. Peel eggs.
3. In layered place potatoes.
4. Top with remaining sour cream.
5. Potatoes dot with eggs.
6. Sausage.
7. Butter.
8. Bake 350°F for 30-45 min.
