  1. Chill dough: Roll into balls the size of small walnuts. Roll in a mixture of 2 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Place about 2" apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
  2. Bake until lightly browned—but soft. They will puff up at first and then flatten out.
  3. Temp: 400°F
  4. Time: 8 to 10 minutes
  5. Yield: About 5 dozen cookies
