Stove Top Chicken Bake

Ingredients

• 1 pk (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 4 boneless chicken breast halves about 1 1/4 lbs.
• 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup sour cream or milk
• Cook contents of vegetable seasoning packet
• 1/2 cup stuffing mix and 1 1/2 cup water (Set aside)

Directions

1. Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish.
2. If casserole, mix soup & sour cream.
3. Pour over chicken.
4. Spoon stuffing evenly over top.
5. Bake at 375 °F for 25 min or until chicken is cooked.
6. Makes four servings.
