Sugar and Raisin Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- Sugar
- Raisin bran
- Eggs
- Milk
- Oil
- Nuts
Directions
- Beat eggs and mix with milk, add oil.
- Mix by hand with sugar and raisin bran in a large bowl.
- Chill in refrigerator overnight.
- Bake in muffin tins, fill pans about 1/2 full.
- Bake about 10 minutes at 350° or 400°.
- May add nuts.
