Sugar and Raisin Bran Muffins

Directions

  1. Beat eggs and mix with milk, add oil.
  2. Mix by hand with sugar and raisin bran in a large bowl.
  3. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
  4. Bake in muffin tins, fill pans about 1/2 full.
  5. Bake about 10 minutes at 350° or 400°.
  6. May add nuts.
