Sweet Sue Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
• 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
• 8 oz box Crackers
• 1 stick Oleo (margarine)
• 1 can Sweet Sue whole chicken
• 1 carton Sour Cream (or Mayonnaise)

Directions

1. Crumble half of the crackers and place them in a casserole dish. Dot with 1/2 stick of oleo.
2. Debone the chicken and spread it over the cracker crumbs.
3. Mix the Sour Cream (or Mayonnaise) with the Cream of Chicken and Cream of Mushroom soups.
4. Spread the soup mixture over the cracker crumbs and chicken.
5. Crumble the rest of the crackers on top.
6. Dot with the rest of the oleo.
7. Bake at 425°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
